Your 'Smart' times score reflects the amount of home charging that occurs within the optimized schedule created by WeaveGrid. If you do not receive an optimized charge and shift any portion of your home charging outside this smart schedule, it will result in a lower 'Smart' times score.
This can happen if you override the WeaveGrid schedule. Overrides include:
- Clicking “Charge Now” in the Tesla app or console, or replying ‘Charge now’ to our Scheduled Charge text
- Editing the ‘Start Charging At’ or ‘Depart By’ settings in the Tesla app or console after WeaveGrid has set an optimized schedule
- Initiating a charge session or updating your charging schedule directly through your home charging station or app
